Creator and Founder, Sarah-Jane Aboboto (SJ) developed GrooveCycle through her love for music, dance, health & fitness, self expression and her passion to share this with others - encouraging anyone to stay active, feel good and find their own groove.
SJ has collaborated and consulted with many brands and boutique studios. Creating unique indoor cycling workouts, studio design and lighting ideas, and to educate, train and upskill instructors.
With her background as professional dancer, choreography and creative director, SJ has combined these skills in the world of health and fitness. Creating high energy classes that motivates, inspires and achieves results through music, movement and mindfulness.
Whether you are an individual looking for a class to keep you motivated and have fun while achieving your health and fitness goals, an instructor looking to expand your skills to get the best from you and your participants, or a brand looking to create workout programmes and class design based on your companies purpose and ethos - SJ can get you up and grooving.
London born and raised, with Philippino roots. SJ has an innate musicality and positive energy which radiates throughout her sessions.
Over a decades experience in the entertainment industry as a professional dancer, choreographer and creative director. Working with artists such a Kylie Minogue, Gwen Stefani and Rolling Stones. Working on different platforms - TV, video and stage with events such as London's Olympics and Paralympics ceremonies.
With a variety of skills and experiences, SJ is able to adapt to different environments with the ability to direct and motivate others. Working with people who have varying abilities, levels and backgrounds - Individually or on a mass scale.
SJ's mantra is to live everyday with a healthy smile and to encourage others to do the same.
